Ten Hag's job on the line?
By Harry Bamforth
Is today's game the last time we see Erik ten Hag in charge of Manchester United?
The uncertainty around Ten Hag's future at the club just never seems to go away.
I mean, there is a good reason for that...
When Ten Hag was given a second chance over the summer, many were expecting to see a rejuvenated United on the pitch. But instead, it's been more of the same.
The Red Devils turn up at Villa Park 14th in the table with just three wins from 10 matches in all competitions this season.
They have already lost three of their six league games, with two of those 3-0 humblings at the hands of Liverpool and Tottenham.
And after shipping another three goals in a draw at Porto in midweek, the pressure on Ten Hag to deliver has arguably never been higher.
If they suffer another heavy defeat today, it may just spell the end of the Dutchman's time in Manchester.
Manage to beat Aston Villa, though, and maybe they will turn a corner?
