Getting one that lets you choose the height you want anywhere within the range it offers is great for getting just what you want rather than only at set increments.
Another point of adjustability that may be of interest to you might be the angle. Some standing desk converters can also tilt all or part of the workspace so you can work in the perfect ergonomic space.
