Analysis
The Cowboys focused on bolstering their offensive line and front seven in this draft.
Offensive Line
Tyler Guyton, Cooper Beebe, and Nathan Thomas all possess the size and athleticism to compete for starting roles. Guyton replaces departed left tackle Tyron Smith, while Beebe could eventually take over for veteran guard Zack Martin. Thomas adds depth and versatility to the tackle position.
Front Seven
Marshawn Kneeland and Justin Rogers bring physicality and depth to the defensive line. Kneeland is an edge rusher with a prototypical NFL build, while Rogers is a run-stuffing defensive tackle.
Linebackers
Marist Liufau adds aggression and playmaking ability to the linebacker corps. He is a good blitzer and can cover tight ends in man coverage.
Secondary
Caelen Carson is a versatile cornerback with good coverage instincts. He can play inside or outside and has the potential to develop into a starter.
Wide Receivers
Ryan Flournoy is a physical receiver with a knack for making big plays downfield. He can be a deep threat and a yards-after-catch threat.
