Data Dynamics introduces AI-powered self-service software for comprehensive data governance

Unstructured data management company Data Dynamics Inc. today unveiled new artificial intelligence-powered self-service data management software that assists organizations in how they approach risk management, privacy, sovereignty optimization and sustainability in their data ecosystem.

Called “Zubin,” the new software has been designed to champion the core principles of digital trust and data democracy while guiding organizations through the AI era with confidence and clarity. The software creates a unified, seamless process that fosters accountability and coherence across the enterprise with a broad vision of empowering citizen data rights.

Zubin seeks to help organizations that are dealing with the growing influence of AI and the demand for data privacy, creating both opportunities and risks. Data Dynamics argues that businesses are facing the strategic challenge of having to balance customer expectations, regulatory obligations and the need for innovation, particularly at a time when 80% of enterprise data is unstructured and unmanaged, making data accuracy a challenging task for AI modeling.

The new software tackles these challenges by giving organizations centralized data governance and decentralized data control. It does so with a do-it-yourself service framework that places data ownership, control and action directly into the hands of data and application owners. The approach embeds transparency, accountability and responsible stewardship at the core of organizational data management operations, the company says.

The new service provides every user with the ability to discover, define, act on, transform and audit data through a self-service, low-code interface. Zubin also brings consistency and standardization across the organization, delivering granular insights, recommending workflows, automating actions and ensuring security and governance through role-based access control processes.

Zubin’s offers six key capabilities for modern data management: data privacy in AI, risk and access management, data sovereignty, data owner empowerment, role-based views of data and data management in a hybrid cloud. Combined, Data Dynamics claims, these transform how organizations handle their data to ensure that it is secure, compliant and optimized for the diverse demands of the digital age.

“In a world consumed by AI use cases and implementation, providing transparency in data management is critical for establishing digital trust between enterprises and their customers,” said Chief Executive Piyush Mehta. “Zubin… fosters a culture of ownership and accountability, placing the power of data management directly in the hands of users.”

Data Dynamics is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $9 million in funding, according to data from Tracxn. Investors in the company include DH Capital and Gilead Group.
