Douglas Luiz and Alisha Lehmann 'have watches and jewellery stolen'

Footballing couple Alisha Lehmann and Douglas Luiz reportedly had their home burgled in Turin on Saturday night.

The pair met while at Aston Villa and rekindled their romance earlier this year following a split in 2022.

Both joined Juve in the summer and they have now become the victims of a crime in their new home, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The burglars are believed to have stolen 11 watches that belonged to Luiz as well as some diamond necklaces of Lehmann's.

Luiz was playing in the Old Lady's 1-0 victory over Lazio on Saturday night while the robbery took place and returned to find his house in a mess.

The couple regularly share snaps of their lives and adventures together on social media

Lehmann, meanwhile, was at a hotel with her team-mates, leaving the property empty.

The report adds that the alarm was raised at 1.30am with police and forensics teams arriving to the scene.

It is not the first time this has happened to a Juventus player in recent years with Moise Kean, Kaio Jorge and Angel Di Maria also suffering the same fate.

Lehmann and Luiz became the game's first 'couples transfer' when they left Villa for Juventus in the summer.

Speaking at the time,Lehmann said: 'For Douglas and me to be together in the same club is a dream.

'We have often played in different cities, so being able to have these great adventures in the same place is something wonderful.

Luiz joined in a deal worth £50million, signing a contract worth in the region of £100,000-a-week.

Lehmann's salary remains undisclosed but she was understood to be on £200,000-a-year at Villa Park.

They have dated - bar a short break - since 2021, just after Lehmann moved to Villa

The Swiss international told of her dismay at the pay gap in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, she said: 'Everyone would like to have the same salary.

'I often speak to Douglas at home about this and tell him it's not fair.

'We do the same job, but he gets paid a hundred times more than me.

'It's something that affects me because I'm a woman. Obviously, there's still a long way to go on the path we're on because there may never be equal pay.

The heartthrobs made their relationship public in 2021, not long after Lehmann moved to Villa from West Ham.

They broke up briefly n November 2022, but were back together soon after and regularly share details of their relationship online, including a number of snaps of activities they get up to together.
