First off, stay calm. Admittedly, crashing into the first pipe three times in a row is infuriating, but you’re only likely to make more mistakes if you're rattled and anxious. Minimize distractions, and if you're really serious about making progress, then consider turning off notifications while sitting alone in a quiet room.
