Video Vanguard Award recipient Katy Perry is set to hit the stage with a medley of her greatest hits, while other performers include Anitta, Chappell Roan, GloRilla, Sabrina Carpenter, Lenny Kravitz, Karol G, Shawn Mendes and LL Cool J. Tune in to see awards presented by Cyndi Lauper, Carson Daly, Big Sean, Busta Rhymes, Halle Bailey, Paris Hilton, Tinashe and more.

In addition to casting votes for music and video categories, fans have voted on four social categories this time around: Song of Summer, Best Group, VMAs Most Iconic Performance and Best Trending Video. Eminem's Houdini is nominated for Song of Summer, along with Not Like Us by Kendrick Lamar. Megan Thee Stallion's Mamushi is up for the Best Trending Video award.

Viewers can see some of their favorite artists in the running for top honors, including Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Doja Cat, SZA, Billie Eilish, Beyonce, Tyla and first-time nominee Sabrina Carpenter. Here's how to catch the show live if you don't have cable or a satellite provider.
