Rumor mill: Intel is reportedly prepping several new Core 200H-series mobile CPUs, and a new leak has seemingly revealed their key specifications. It also details at least two Core 200U-series processors that could debut alongside the H-series SKUs.

According to an X post by noted hardware leaker Jaykihn, Intel is prepping at least seven new mobile processors. Five are part of the Core 200H family, while the other two are in the Core 200U lineup. All are part of the "Raptor Lake Refresh" and not linked architecturally to the Core Ultra 200V "Lunar Lake" or Core Ultra 200H/HS "Arrow Lake" offerings.

The top-end SKU in the Core 200H lineup is the Core 270H, which has 14 cores, including six Performance and eight Efficiency. It has a 2.1GHz base clock (5.8GHz boost), 24MB of L3 cache, and a 45W TDP.

The other SKUs in the lineup include the Core 250H with 14 cores (6+8) and 5.4GHz boost clock, the Core 240H with 10 cores (6+4) and 5.2GHz boost clock, the Core 220H with 12 cores (4+8) and 4.9GHz boost clock, and the Core 210H with eight cores (4+4) and 4.8GHz boost clock.

The final two chips in the list include the Core 250U and Core 220U. Both are 10-core parts with two P-cores and eight E-cores. However, the former has a 1.1GHz base clock and 5.4GHz boost, while the latter comes with a 0.8GHz base clock and 5.0GHz boost. Other similarities include 12MB of L3 cache and a 15MB TDP.

Evidently, the Core Ultra U-series is designed for power efficiency rather than raw performance and will likely find its way to ultrabooks and entry-level laptops. Meanwhile, we'll likely see the more powerful Core 200H processors in mainstream and gaming laptops.

It's unclear when Intel plans to release the new processors, but it will likely happen alongside the Core Ultra 200H/HX Arrow Lake CPUs launch in the first half of next year. Laptops with Core Ultra 200V Lunar Lake processors are already available for purchase, while the Core Ultra 200S Arrow Lake desktop chips will hit the market later this week.
