Jurgen Klopp is set to be back on the touchline for the first time since his Anfield exit this weekend.
The German has been enjoying his time off, stating he needed a rest as he announced his decision at the start of the year.
He was seen enjoying Euro 2024 as a fan as well as holidaying in Mallorca in the summer.
But Klopp will now manage his first game in months at the Signal Iduna Park on Saturday.
The match is a testimonial for Polish duo Lukasz Piszczek and Jakub Blaszczykowski, who both made their mark in Dortmund.
Jurgen Klopp will manage his first game since his Liverpool departure on Saturday
Dortmund posted an amusing video on Instagram as Klopp's participation was confirmed.
Piszczek told Blaszczykowski that 'we need a coach and I have an idea, we'll call the retired coach.'
Klopp then entered the frame in sunglasses, saying: 'you finally have your farewell game. Oh my god. And you want to train before the game. Are you stupid?'
Piszczek then mentioned that they still needed to work out what team Klopp would manage.
Klopp admitted: 'I couldn't care less. I don't worry about it at all. I do it like I used to, I start thinking about it five minutes beforehand. Is the game sold out? I'd buy a ticket if I wasn't coming anyway!'
