LISTEN: Can Arsenal capitalise when Guardiola leaves Man City?

It's All Kicking Off! co-hosts Chris Sutton and Ian Ladyman have discussed the positive impact of Mikel Arteta's new deal at Arsenal during their latest episode of the Mail Sport podcast.

Under Arteta, the north London club has consistently snapped at the heels of Premier League big beasts Manchester City, but failed to swipe the title from out of Pep Guardiola's grasp.

But on Thursday's episode, Ladyman and Sutton wondered whether the future uncertainty at the Etihad might play into their Premier League rival's hands.

In the meantime, however, Arteta's men are gearing up for this weekend's north London derby against Tottenham, which Ladyman and Sutton also previewed on Thursday's episode.

Arsenal currently sit fourth in the standings after three matches played, having won their opening two ties against Wolves and Aston Villa before being held to a draw by Brighton on home soil.
