LISTEN: Emotional Souness opens up on the final part of his story

Graeme Souness has opened up on the biggest challenge he has faced in the final episode of Everything I Know About Me, a weekly Mail podcast that is available every Thursday.

The iconic 71-year-old, who enjoyed a glittering career in the game, has also been well-known for his charitable work.

And, during a fundraising campaign for DEBRA, a charity seeking a cure for epidermolysis bullosa - a rare medical condition that leads to the skin blistering easily - Souness swam the English Channel in June 2023 as part of a six-person relay team, raising £1million in the process.

Souness reflected on the difficulties he faced during the swim - which took 12 hours and 14 minutes - on Everything I Know About Me, while he also spoke about the satisfaction he has felt from helping those living with the condition.

The Scot also looked back on his story so far, insisting 'I am f***ing me'.
