LISTEN: Why Man United and Ten Hag should be grateful

Manchester United's poor start to the season continued on Sunday afternoon as they were held to a drab 0-0 at Aston Villa in what has been assessed as one of the worst Premier League games in a long time.

The result leaves the Red Devils 14th in the league table going into the international break, with Erik ten Hag still under pressure, and the It's All Kicking Off! team have been on the microphones to break down the game and result.

On today's episode of the podcast, Ian Ladyman and Chris Sutton explained why Manchester United should be grateful despite the stalemate.

There's not much to be positive about at the Red Devils but the pair reveal how things could have been so much worse heading into the international break.

United will host Brentford after the pause for international fixtures, when they will look to finally turn their fortunes around.
