Mbappe's X account is HACKED as series of bizarre posts appear

Kylian Mbappe's X account was hacked overnight as the Real Madrid star's page shared a series of bizarre posts.

Mbappe, 25, has enjoyed a solid start to life in the Spanish capital since completing his blockbuster move to the Bernabeu this summer.

The French forward has scored once in three games and already lifted his first piece of silverware with Carlo Ancelotti's side after they beat Atalanta earlier this month to win the UEFA Super Cup.

However, on Wednesday night, Mbappe's account shared a series of posts that are reported to be related to a cryptocurrency scam, which included several insults fired at eight-time Ballon d'Or winner Lionel Messi, along with claims that he was set to join Manchester United.

One post said: 'Cristiano Ronaldo is the greatest football player of all time. The midget [Lionel Messi] is NOT my goat.'

Bizarre posts on the Real Madrid star's account seemingly ripped into Lionel Messi

Messi was called 'a midget' during the series of posts which said Cristiano Ronaldo was better

Another post read: 'Manchester is Red,' before Mbappe later dropped another transfer hint as he said: 'Yo @ManCity... lool baited I'm going to @ManUTD. 2028 LET'S RUN IT UP ON A FREE TRANSFERRRR.'

Mbappe's account also claimed fan account @UTDTrey 'is the best account', while he described Tottenham as 's***'.

A report in The Mirror said the hack was to do with the 'MBAPPE' crypto token, with the value of these tokens surging to tens of millions of pounds in a few minutes following the posts, before they subsequently plummeted and returned to a value of zero.

All of the posts have since been deleted by Mbappe, and the French superstar is yet to comment on the hack, with the 25-year-old believed to be the latest high-profile user to be victim of the crypto scam.

Mbappe's pinned tweet during the hack said: 'I am giving back to my community. I am giving back to my community. I support Crypto and I believe you should too! All Crypto sent to my address will be sent back to you doubled!'

Several users hit back at the posts on Mbappe's account, with one saying: 'Where the f*** is his PR team, this is unacceptable,' before another added: 'Turns out that Mbappe's PR team is non existent?'

Some others saw the funny side of some of the posts as one said: 'Mbappe is a United fan I knew it all along.'

A further fan chimed in with: 'Hacked before he could score a LaLiga goal smh.'

Real have four points from two games in LaLiga after only managing to draw 1-1 away at Mallorca on the opening day.

Mbappe has lined up in a star-studded frontline alongside the likes of Rodrygo and Vinicius Jnr, although the Frenchman is yet to score his first league goal.

The bizarre posts were believed to be part of a crypto scam and have all since been deleted

Carlo Ancelotti hailed Mbappe's impact despite the forward not scoring in the league yet

Despite this, Ancelotti insisted he remained relaxed surrounding the situation and claimed he was delighted to have Mbappe on board after the club's multi-year pursuit of the forward.

'His last goal was on August 14th (in the Super Cup),' he said. 'It has only been two weeks since, that is no reason to worry.

'Neither we are not worried as a club, nor him. He is very happy here, delighted, sure he wants to score in the next game.

'So does Vinicius, who has yet to score this season and I don’t see him worried either.'
