The Seahawks and Patriots each started the year off with a win for their new head coach. The Seahawks knocked off the Broncos at home to give Mike Macdonald his first win, and the Pats did the same for Jerod Mayo by beating the Bengals in Cincinnati. The 37-year-old Macdonald is the youngest head coach in the league, and 38-year-old Mayo, a month older than Sean McVay, is the third youngest. Last season, these teams had the two oldest coaches in the league, Pete Carroll and Bill Belichick.
The Seahawks and Patriots kick off in New England at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT) on Fox. Here's how you can watch, even if the game isn't available on your local Fox channel.

How to watch the Seahawks vs. Patriots game online from anywhere using a VPN

Sunday's Seahawks vs. Patriots game is on Fox nationally. The good news for football fans is that Fox is available on most of the major live TV streaming services. The least expensive such service is Sling TV Blue.

An over-the-air antenna connected to your TV provides another option for Fox. The best part about antennas is that there are no streaming or monthly fees required, although you will need to make sure you have good reception.
Quick tips for streaming the Seahawks vs. Patriots game using a VPN
