Gareth Southgate has reportedly had plans approved for renovations on his £3.25million mansion in Yorkshire.
Southgate, 54, is currently enjoying a break from football after leaving his role as England boss in the aftermath of Euro 2024.
The former defender has subsequently been spending more time at his Swinsty Hall mansion in Timble, which is around 10 miles from Harrogate.
And, according to The Northern Echo, Southgate's two-part application to North Yorkshire Council regarding upgrades to his property have been approved.
The plans, which were submitted in mid-August, were officially given the green light on October 2.

The mansion was built in 1576 and is a Grade I listed property which comprises of six bedrooms. Southgate purchased it for £3.25m back in 2006.
It also has five bathrooms, a cinema room, a wine cellar, a library and four-and-a-half acres of well-kept gardens.
Within the mansion - which is described as being in a 'picture-perfect setting' - there is similarly a small cottage.
The first part of Southgate's application was to do with building a new water treatment plant, coupled with the rebuilding of a stone wall on the outskirts of the property.
The work aims to enhance the stability of the wall, while effectively providing better toilets.
However, in order to undertake the changes, a potential problem arose in the form of a pine tree having to make way, but this was ultimately waved through.
Within the plans, it was also agreed that the stone wall would be dismantled and rebuilt in the most authentic way possible.
The second part of the plans included the installation of a new septic tank treatment plant.
In approving the plans, North Yorkshire Council said: 'Overall, the proposal presents no loss or significant harm to the designated heritage assets of the listed building.
'It would preserve the character of the building and its setting, with no adverse impact on any features of special architectural or historic interest which it possesses, in line with the guidance above.
'The council's arborist has not commented on the application however it is noted that the site is surrounded by large mature trees and hedging as such, it is not considered that the loss of 1 no. pine tree would greatly harm the immediate setting of the listed building.
'In addition, the council's conservation officer noted that the works will not result in a harmful impact to the wall and consequently the setting of the Grade I listed building.'
Meanwhile, during Southgate's break from the game, he has been linked with several jobs across Europe.
This has included the former England boss being touted as a potential replacement for the under pressure Erik ten Hag at Manchester United.
However, Southgate distanced himself from the speculation this week and insisted he will not return to football for at least a year.

In an appearance at the European Club Association general assembly in Athens, Southgate said: 'Firstly I'm enjoying my life…so there's no rush.
'I was 11 years committing myself fully to the FA and I've got lots of different experiences.
'But I won't coach in the next year, for sure. I'm certain of that.
'I need to give myself time to make good decisions. When you come out of a really big role you need to give your body time, you need to give your mind time.'
