Thomas Tuchel will reportedly receive a warm reception when he returns to Chelsea in his new capacity as England manager, despite being sacked by the Blues.
Tuchel was confirmed as the new boss of the Three Lions last week, with the 51-year-old German announced as the successor to Gareth Southgate.
The former Chelsea manager will officially start his role on January 1, when he is set to start attending Premier League matches as he plans his first squad selection.
Tuchel had won the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup as Chelsea boss, as well as leading the club to the finals of the FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
His reign ended in acrimonious fashion when he was sacked the morning after a 1-0 defeat by Dinamo Zagreb, on what was the 100th day of Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital's ownership of the club.

According to the Telegraph, Chelsea have stressed that Tuchel will receive a warm welcome back as England manager.
This is despite the nature of his exit from the club, as well as his pursuit of former Chelsea staff.
Tuchel had taken his now England assistant Anthony Barry to Bayern Munich last year with the clubs agreeing a £1million compensation settlement.
Chelsea's head of performance analysis James Melbourne has reportedly resigned in order to join Tuchel's England set-up, while goalkeeper coach Henrique Hilario has also been targeted for a role.
The Blues' American ownership are reportedly keen to help Tuchel’s bid to win World Cup, while they are said to have an excellent relationship with FA chief executive Mark Bullingham.
Tuchel is likely to be a regular at Chelsea matches with the Cole Palmer likely to be a key part of his plans, as well as other stars in Reece James, Levi Colwill and Noni Madueke.
The former Chelsea boss has not returned to the club since his sacking.
'There's a lot more behind the scenes of Tuchel that would make most people's eyes water as to the reasons why Todd Boehly made that decision and it wasn't just a case of losing to Dinamo Zagreb, it was case of a whole raft of other things - that's Todd Boehly's gift to tell people what that is,' Jordan said on talkSPORT last year.
'But it opened my eyes and I would've done exactly the same thing as Todd Boehly did which is "you can go mate".'
Jordan, writing in his Mail Sport column last week, suggested Tuchel could be more suited to the England job as he could avoid some of the potential conflicts of day-to-day club management.
