Why should a kid outside of London not have chance to watch England?

England have made the new Wembley a cauldron since the revamped stadium was unveiled in 2007.

17 years later, the Football Association have finally finished paying off the £757million 90,000-seater national stadium.

But, Ian Ladyman argues on this week's latest installment of Mail Sport's It's All Kicking Off podcast, this should now mean that the national side feel empowered to travel away from the home of English football to grounds around the country.

Ladyman argued that the atmosphere 'is not always brilliant' in the capital, and that moving away from London could allow more fans to see Lee Carsley's stars.

His co-host Chris Sutton agreed that his point was 'very strong' and that 'if it's good enough for (European teams) then it's good enough for us'.

Ladyman also revealed where he thinks he's seen the best atmosphere at a national team game in recent years, as well as discussing the impact of international breaks on the Premier League calendar.

Additionally, Sutton and Ladyman mulled Carsley's attacking options ahead of their clash with Greece, including the surprise striker the interim manager is believed to be considering fielding on Thursday evening.
