Jarecki partnered with Twitter co-founder and Bitcoin advocate Jack Dorsey to hold a Bitcoin-only pay-per-view screening on June 27, 2026. The price: 0.01 BTC, roughly $760. Participants become 'Bitcoin Producers' and gain access to a post-film panel with whistleblower Edward Snowden.

The documentary, The Six Billion Dollar Man, won the Grand Prize for Documentary at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival and a Golden Globe. Its distribution challenges echo 2011, when payment networks cut off WikiLeaks and Bitcoin emerged as a censorship-resistant funding channel.
