Michael Saylor's Strategy, the world's largest public Bitcoin holder, has announced significant new purchases, bringing its total holdings to over 800,000 BTC.
Between April 13 and April 19, Strategy acquired 34,164 Bitcoin for $2.54 billion. This latest acquisition ranks as Strategy's third-largest Bitcoin purchase on record by coin count.

The average price for this new acquisition was $74,395 per coin, slightly below the company's overall average acquisition price.
Approximately 85.7% of the purchase, totaling $2.18 billion, was funded through Stretch (STRC) preferred securities. Sales of Class A common stock (MSTR) contributed an additional $366 million.

Recent activity saw STRC set new records for its at-the-market program, with significant Bitcoin acquired through share sales on April 13 and April 14.
