Two of the world’s most valuable technology companies now hold Bitcoin as a core treasury asset. Michael Saylor, Executive Chairman of Strategy, confirmed that 25% of the Magnificent Eight currently carry BTC on their balance sheets.

This milestone follows SpaceX’s historic IPO disclosure of 18,712 Bitcoin. Combined with Tesla’s long-standing position of 11,509 coins, these two entities control over 30,000 Bitcoin. The remaining six members of the cohort have not publicly disclosed any digital asset holdings.

Strategy continues to set the benchmark for corporate adoption. The firm holds approximately 843,000 Bitcoin, representing roughly 4% of the total supply. CEO Phong Le views the entry of SpaceX as validation that major public companies increasingly regard Bitcoin as a durable hedge against macroeconomic volatility.

Bernstein estimates that public companies collectively own about 3.4% of Bitcoin's fixed supply. While volatility remains a factor, institutional integration within the tech sector signals a maturing asset class for sophisticated investors.
