This latest acquisition boosts Strategy's total bitcoin holdings to 815,061 BTC. These were acquired at an average cost basis of $75,527 per coin, for a total investment of roughly $61.56 billion.
The funding for these recent acquisitions came from the sale of the company's preferred stock, raising $2.2 million, and common stock offerings, which generated $366 million.
MSTR shares experienced a slight decline in pre-market trading.
