Michael Saylor’s Strategy, the world’s largest public Bitcoin holder, acquired 22,337 Bitcoin last week for $1.57 billion, bringing its total holdings to 761,068 BTC.

The average purchase price was $70,194 per BTC-below the company’s overall cost basis of $75,696. Bitcoin traded around $70,571 during the same period.
Proceeds from the sale of 11.9 million STRC shares and 2.8 million MSTR Common A shares funded the acquisition, with net proceeds covering 75% of the purchase.

Strategy now holds 761,068 BTC, valued at approximately $57.6 billion. To reach one million BTC, it would need to buy an average of 5,700 BTC per week over the next 42 weeks.
