New York - VeVe, the digital collectibles company behind licensed Marvel and Disney drops, has launched VeVe Stickerverse on Telegram. The platform, built on the TON blockchain, allows users to buy, trade, and mint NFT stickers directly within the messaging app.
The first collection, VeVenaut, drops June 6 with 1,969 editions across three rarity tiers. The strategy: meet users where they already are, in a platform with nearly 1 billion monthly active users.
Stickerverse operates via a Telegram bot, offering off-chain sticker use without gas fees. For blockchain ownership, users can mint on-chain to TON for external trading. The platform also includes pack mechanics, XP leaderboards, and a planned “Forge” burn mechanism to create scarcity.
Telegram already has over 450,000 NFT stickers sold, generating $10.7 million in primary sales. TON blockchain boasts over 50 million monthly active wallets. VeVe brings 8 years of experience, 3 million users, and over 10 million collectibles sold, with partnerships spanning 200 IPs including Marvel, Disney, and Star Wars.
Operated by Orbis Technology Limited under Jacob Elmon, VeVe Stickerverse is entering beta. The challenge: converting messaging app users into NFT collectors at scale.
