BlackRock's iShares Staked Ethereum Trust (ETHB) has reached $254 million in assets under management after launching a week ago. Investors added $146 million in shares since the fund debuted. The fund stakes 70-95% of its ETH and distributes 82% of staking rewards to investors monthly. It entered a competitive market with existing staked Ethereum products from Grayscale and REX-Osprey.
The fund charges a 0.25% sponsor fee, reduced to 0.12% for its first year. It includes validators like Figment, Galaxy Blockchain Infrastructure, and Attestant. Ethereum recently dipped below $2,126 after a brief rally above $2,300.
Grayscale's Ethereum Staking ETF added staking in October 2025 but saw mixed results in its first week as a staking fund. BlackRock's offering was designed with staking from the start, differentiating it from competitors.
