Morgan Stanley has amended its filings for Ether and Solana ETFs, planning to charge 0.14%, the lowest in the market. Currently, Grayscale offers a 0.15% fee for its Ethereum ETF, while Franklin Templeton's Solana ETF charges 0.19%. This marks the second update since their initial filing in January, indicating potential SEC approval. Bloomberg's Eric Balchunas confirmed the fees position them as the cheapest globally.

Low fees are key for Morgan Stanley's entry into the competitive spot crypto ETF market, where BlackRock and Fidelity dominate. Following the success of its Bitcoin ETF, which launched in April with similar low fees, the firm continues to attract investor interest with significant inflows. The Ethereum ETF will be named Morgan Stanley Ethereum Trust (MSSE) while the Solana ETF will be Morgan Stanley Solana Trust (MSOL).
