At the management level, women hold 40% of roles, with 15 in senior leadership positions. The exchange also reported a 49% year-on-year growth in female hires over three years, with new employees spanning across APAC, EU, MENA, and LATAM.
A notable statistic is the 85% post-maternity return-to-work rate, indicating an environment that supports career continuity. MEXC also noted that 195 women hold core roles in engineering and product, and plans to address STEM and blockchain education pathways through dedicated programs.
