Alex Ferreira of the United States has won the freestyle skiing men's halfpipe gold medal, completing his Olympic medal collection. The 31-year-old athlete secured the top podium spot in Livigno with a near-perfect final run, scoring 93.75.

Ferreira's victory adds to his 2022 bronze and 2018 silver medals. The win also bolstered the U.S. standing in the overall medal count.

The competition was intense, with Estonia's Henry Sildaru taking silver and Canada's Brendan Mackay earning bronze on his final attempt. American Nick Goepper finished fourth.
