CARDIFF, March 26 - Bosnia and Herzegovina's veteran striker Edin Dzeko scored a late equalizer before his side beat Wales 4-2 on penalties to reach the World Cup playoff final.
Wales winger Daniel James opened the scoring in the 51st minute with a powerful 25-meter shot. Bosnia came back with a strong second half, and Dzeko netted in the 86th minute to tie the match.
Wales controlled extra time but couldn't break the deadlock. Bosnia's teenager Kerim Alajbegovic sealed the victory in the penalty shootout.
Bosnia will now face Italy in the Path A final.
