Team Falcons Wins IEM Cologne Major 2026 as NiKo and m0NESY End Historic Title Droughts

Team Falcons captured the IEM Cologne Major 2026 championship on June 21, ending two of Counter-Strike’s longest-running narratives.

NiKo and m0NESy each had 18 Major attempts without a title before this victory. karrigan, the in-game leader, now claims his second Major title.

The tournament ran June 2-23 at the LANXESS Arena in Cologne, Germany, with a $1.25M prize pool. The winning roster consisted of karrigan, NiKo, m0NESY, kyousuke, and TeSeS, locked in late April.

m0NESY earned tournament MVP honors. EVPs went to NiKo, karrigan, donk, and HeavyGod.

karrigan’s arrival transformed the team from consistent failures to champions after his departure from FaZe Clan.
