FIFA will hold three separate opening ceremonies for the 2026 World Cup, one in each host country: Mexico, Canada, and the United States.
The tournament kicks off on June 11 in Mexico City with a ceremony featuring Grammy-winning band Mana, Alejandro Fernandez, and Belinda.
Canada's opening ceremony on June 12 in Toronto will include Alanis Morissette, Michael Buble, Alessia Cara, and DJ Sanjoy, before the team faces Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Later that day in Los Angeles, Katy Perry and rapper Future will headline the U.S. ceremony ahead of the match against Paraguay.
This marks only the second multi-country World Cup, following the 2002 edition co-hosted by South Korea and Japan.
