The 68-team bracket is set for this year’s NCAA Tournaments. Jalen Brunson, a two-time March Madness winner with Villanova, reflects on his championship runs.

'Yeah, it was one of the most intense times in my life,' Brunson said. 'You have to prepare and treat it like another game. Most importantly, don’t deviate from your routine.'

Despite the higher stakes, Brunson advises players to focus on consistency. 'Your preparation and everything going into it is very similar. Do anything that’s not in your ordinary routine, subconsciously things can be different.'

Brunson, now with the New York Knicks, emphasizes the importance of routine and mental fortitude. 'We always get butted out, but needless to say, we have an upper hand on everybody else.'
