Joseph Baena Wins Multiple Titles in Bodybuilding Debut

Joseph Baena, the 28-year-old son of legendary bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger, has made a powerful debut in competitive bodybuilding.

Baena entered the NPC Natural Colorado State Championships on March 28, 2026. He celebrated his success as "Mission Accomplished," winning three titles: Men's Open Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Class, Men's Classic Physique True Novice, and Men's Classic Physique Novice. He also placed second in the Men's Classic Physique Open Class C event.

He attributed his lean physique to a consistent diet focused on chicken, rice, and ground beef.

While Arnold Schwarzenegger was attending the Arnold UK event in England, other bodybuilding legends congratulated Baena online. Seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath commented "So awesome!" alongside praise from Lee Priest and Wesley Vissers.
