Kane, the league's top scorer, reached 30 goals for the season, continuing his impressive form that has propelled Bayern towards another championship. Dortmund's title aspirations now appear all but over.
The match saw Dortmund take an early lead through Nico Schlotterbeck's header. However, Kane equalized in the 54th minute and then converted a penalty in the 70th to give Bayern the advantage. Daniel Svensson leveled for Dortmund in the 83rd minute, but Kimmich's spectacular volley in the 87th minute sealed the win for Bayern.
