LONDON - Manchester City kept its Premier League title hopes alive with a commanding 3-0 win over Brentford on Saturday, cutting Arsenal's lead to just two points.

After a lackluster first half, Jeremy Doku broke the deadlock in the 60th minute with a curling shot into the top corner. Erling Haaland added a second goal, his 26th of the season, and Omar Marmoush sealed the victory late on.

City now has 74 points from 35 games, with Arsenal sitting at 76. Arsenal faces a tough derby at West Ham on Sunday.

Liverpool failed to secure Champions League qualification after a 1-1 draw with Chelsea. Ryan Gravenberch gave Liverpool an early lead, but Enzo Fernandez's free kick earned a point for Chelsea. Liverpool remains fourth with 59 points.
