Patri Guijarro opened the scoring in the 19th minute, and Alexia Putellas added a second before halftime. Putellas struck again 10 minutes after the break, and Claudia Pina finished a superb pass from Aitana Bonmati to make it 4-0.
England must now hope for a better result against Ukraine than Spain achieves against Iceland.
In other action, Ireland snatched a dramatic 3-2 win over the Netherlands, moving into second place in Group A2. Denmark beat Sweden 2-1, ending Sweden's hopes of direct qualification.
