Nvidia is deepening its roots in Israel. BST Group will construct a new office tower for the chipmaker in Yokneam, valued at NIS 170 million ($47 million).

Partial delivery is expected in 2027, with full occupancy by 2028.

Nvidia previously signed a 10-year lease with Melisron for 29,000 square meters in the same area. The company's total footprint in Yokneam now exceeds 68,000 square meters.

A massive 160,000 square-meter campus is planned in nearby Kiryat Tivon, designed to house up to 10,000 employees.

The expansion follows Nvidia's $6.9 billion acquisition of Mellanox Technologies in 2019. Mellanox, headquartered in Yokneam, specializes in high-performance networking technology critical for AI training infrastructure.
