SpaceX has inked a multi-year cloud services deal with Alphabet's Google, securing critical computing capacity just ahead of its highly anticipated stock market debut.

The agreement, valued at $920 million monthly from October to June 2029, includes approximately 110,000 Nvidia GPUs, CPUs, memory, and other components.

This partnership follows a separate deal with AI firm Anthropic, which will utilize the full power of SpaceX's Colossus 1 facility in Memphis, Tennessee, housing over 220,000 Nvidia processors.

If SpaceX fails to deliver the agreed GPU count by September 30, Google may terminate the agreement or accept a reduced capacity with a corresponding fee cut. After December 31, either party can exit with 90 days' notice.
