Quentin Griffiths, a co-founder of the online fashion retailer Asos, has died following a fall from a condominium in Pattaya, Thailand.

Griffiths was found dead on February 9th. Police were called to the scene of the 18-floor high-rise. His room was reportedly locked from the inside with no signs of forced entry.

An autopsy found no evidence of foul play. Thai police noted Griffiths was involved in two ongoing court cases that may have caused him stress.

Reports from The Sun and Daily Mail indicate the 58-year-old millionaire faced accusations from his Thai ex-wife of stealing approximately $672,000 from a joint company. He was arrested last year regarding the matter and released pending further investigation.

Asos, originally named As Seen On Screen, was founded by Griffiths and Nick Robertson in 2000. The company now serves over 17 million active customers globally.
