Iran is preparing for a resumption of hostilities with the US and Israel, according to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). The think tank reported that Tehran's military assets remain largely intact despite recent airstrikes, with missile stockpiles estimated at 70% of pre-war levels.

The Iranian regime conducted military exercises in Tehran and at Mahshahr Port, near Bubiyan Island. The IRGC Navy is using these drills to prepare for potential operations if the ceasefire collapses. Tehran has also repositioned assets in countries it believes the US will not strike.

The IRGC is consolidating power under Major General Ahmad Vahidi as peace talks remain stalled. Iran demands guarantees against future strikes and recognition of its sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz. The US has rejected Tehran's latest proposal, with President Trump calling the ceasefire on "massive life support."

Iran's chief negotiator, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, stated that Washington must accept Tehran's 14-point proposal or face failure. The Pentagon estimates the war has cost nearly $29 billion.
