Iran's Foreign Minister stated Friday he expects a draft counterproposal on nuclear talks within days, as U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed he is considering limited military strikes.

Sources indicate U.S. military planning for Iran is advanced, with options including targeted attacks. The Iranian minister, Abbas Araqchi, said his proposal could be ready for review in two to three days, with further talks possible soon. He cautioned that military action would complicate achieving a deal.

Earlier, President Trump set a 10-15 day deadline for Iran to reach a deal or face severe consequences, amidst a U.S. military buildup in the Middle East. Araqchi expressed optimism that a diplomatic solution is attainable rapidly.

During recent Geneva talks, neither side proposed zero uranium enrichment or suspension of the process. Discussions are focused on ensuring Iran's nuclear program remains peaceful permanently. Araqchi mentioned technical and political "confidence-building measures" would be implemented in exchange for sanctions relief, without providing specifics.
