UK police are appealing for information following allegations of women being trafficked and abused in Virginia Water during the 1990s. The claims emerged from the latest tranche of files released by the US Justice Department related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

UK police appeal for information on Epstein abuse claims

Surrey Police stated they found no existing record of these allegations within their systems and are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward. The investigation is ongoing, with former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown calling for a thorough review of flights linked to Epstein, some of which are reportedly connected to Prince Andrew.

Several UK police forces are examining reports that may link Prince Andrew to Epstein. A BBC investigation previously found nearly 90 flights associated with Epstein arrived at or departed from UK airports. Prince Andrew was stripped of his titles last year after an Epstein victim alleged she was trafficked to have sex with him. He has denied any wrongdoing.
