Brighton bid £16.8m for Danish teenager Conrad Harder

The 19-year-old has also received an offer from Sporting Lisbon.

Harder has featured in six Danish Superliga matches so far this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists.

In total, he has netted nine goals in 40 appearances for Nordsjaelland since making his first-team debut at the end of the 2022-23 campaign.

Meanwhile, Brighton are unlikely to allow midfielder Billy Gilmour to join Napoli following Matt O'Riley's injury.

The Turf Moor club, who sold striker Wout Weghorst to Ajax on Thursday for an undisclosed fee, have added Stoke captain Josh Laurent for £1m and had two bids rejected for Plymouth Argyle forward Morgan Whittaker.
