Fans in fine mood
Just look at all the happy faces.
This is truly what pre-season is for. Most of these fans will never have been able to see Manchester City play.
It's a special day for so many people, whatever happens, they will remember it for a very long time.
You love to see it.
Smiles in the City camp
Pep seems a happy chap, doesn't he?
Unlike Kieran, when Manchester City arrived they were bone dry. They look fairly relaxed.
They enter a stadium in the US for the final time this summer as they head home after this.
Can they finish on a high?
'Surprise thunderstorm'
Kieran Gill, Mail Sport, at the Ohio Stadium:
I'm soaked through as we got caught in a surprise thunderstorm as we approached the stadium, and they've just started letting in the supporters after we had a lightning warning.
Hopefully, it kicks off on time and all is fine. Huge arena, this. Holds 102,000. Told 68,000 tickets sold and counting.
Man City Team News - Haaland STARTS
Oh, I was wrong then.
After all the talk about game time, Erling Haaland is indeed OK to start in Columbus.
Kalvin Phillips starts at the heart of defence again - he did well there last time out.
Other than that, Pep Guardiola just makes the two changes.
Stefan Ortega is one of them, he starts in goal instead of Ederson.
Chelsea Team News - Caicedo RETURNS
Look who is back for Chelsea!
Moises Caicedo comes straight into the team after he joined pre-season late due to Copa America.
He partners up with Romeo Lavia and Enzo Fernandez in midfield.
Does that mean Kiernan Desbury-Hall is on the wing? It looks like he could be.
Levi Colwill also returns to fill in at the heart of defence.
Maresca keeps coy on Gallagher
Enzo Maresca, Chelsea boss, speaking on Conor Gallagher:
At the moment, there is not any update on that. The only thing I can say is that he was in contact with the club to find a solution. I don’t think it’s something new.
In football, every summer, different clubs have some problems with some players, and then at the end, they find a solution and everyone is happy. Hopefully the same can happen in this situation.
What next for Gallagher?
Right, it's time to approach one of the biggest stories of the week.
Conor Gallagher got a bit of a shock when he returned from holiday.
The boyhood Chelsea fan has been banished from the Blues first-team as he looks set to leave Stamford Bridge.
He has been told that he will not train with the senior squad when he reports for training.
Pretty brutal, right?
It seems we won't be seeing him in the Blue strip of Chelsea much longer.
Goals galore in pre-season
This is why I love pre-season - there are so many goals!
There have been 16 goals in Manchester City's three matches in the US, so far. That's a hell of a lot of goals.
Chelsea have been engrossed in action-packed matches too, there have been 12 goals in their three matches stateside.
Between the two teams though, they have only won one game out of those six, and that was the Blues' 3-0 win over Club America.
So, expect goals, and expect a draw.
No Haaland?
Will we see Erling Haaland tonight?
I certainly wouldn't bet on it.
The Norweigan striker was taken off at half-time in their match with Barcelona, and he seemed uncomfortable.
Pep Guardiola has since said that he wants to manage Haaland's workload before the Community Shield and not take any 'risks'.
So, it looks like he could be rested today...
Master vs Apprentice
It's a battle that reminds me of Obi-Wan Kenobi against Anakin Skywalker.
Well, apart from they won't have lightsabers.
Anyway, enough of me being a geek, today will see Pep Guardiola face off against his old right-hand man Enzo Maresca.
Maresca once worked his way through the ranks as a coach at Manchester City before becoming assistant manager.
But now he dons a different colour of blue, a Chelsea blue.
How will he fare against his old boss, the man that taught him so much?
Big battle in the US!
Now this is going to be a cracker!
We have seen some belting fixtures already during this pre-season, and this has the potential to be the best one yet.
Enzo Maresca's Chelsea's fourth match of their US tour is perhaps their toughest as they face Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.
The two fixtures between the sides in the Premier League last season were box office, let's hop for more of the same today.
Columbus, Ohio, is ready, I am ready, but are you ready?
Get yourselves strapped in with a cuppa on hand, and enjoy the ride!
