Fans react to Haaland's response after City striker misspelled Orlando

Fans found Erling Haaland's response hilarious after the striker responded to making a spelling mistake on Instagram.

The Manchester City star had posted a selfie of himself and team-mate Jack Grealish as City prepared for the next leg of their USA Tour and wrote: 'Ornaldo next'.

Many fans quickly pointed out Haaland's spelling mistake to which he responded: 'Orlando******** Not even allowed to write something wrong now in this perfect world sorry to all the brothers and sisters out there'.

One user responded to Haaland's post by writing: 'For an actual robot, Haaland can be very funny sometimes.'

Meanwhile, another wrote: 'sorry to all the perfect brothers and sisters out there' accompanied by four laughing emojis.'

City will take on Barcelona at Camping World Stadium in Orlando in their next fixture before rounding off their tour with a game against Chelsea in Columbus, Ohio.

Pep Guardiola's side have lost their first two games of the tour. They were beaten 4-3 by Celtic in North Carolina before losing 3-2 to AC Milan in New York.

From an individual perspective, though, Haaland has got off to a good start in pre-season as he found the net in both fixtures.

Haaland boasts a hugely impressive record of 90 goals in 98 games since he joined City in 2022.
