LaLiga managers are reportedly threatening to go on a collective strike for the first time in the history of Spanish football.
Marca claim the proposal has been drawn up in protest over the treatment of coaches following sackings.
The likes of Ernesto Valverde, Quique Setien, Ronald Koeman and Xavi Hernandez have all seen their tenures publicly ended in recent years.
Managers are said to be unhappy about the non-payment of due after such dismissals.
The potential plan was laid out during during Tuesday’s annual managers' meeting in Las Rozas.

Another meeting with the National Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday where they plan to explain to the league that a strike will follow if the issue is not resolved.
The cases of Quique Setien, who was sacked from Villarreal a year ago, and Alvaro Cervera, who was sacked by Real Oviedo at the same time, are said to have been major triggers for action.
Setien’s case was particularly high profile due to the involvement of Barcelona, but he ended up having to take legal action in order to get the Blaugrana to pay up.
Barcelona legend Xavi stuck to his word and wrote off the money that was owed to him when he was shown the exit door earlier this year.
