It's been another hectic summer at Chelsea as the club continues to spend heavily under the Todd Boehly-led ownership regime.
Nine players have arrived at Stamford Bridge for more than £150million, while former Leicester boss Enzo Maresca is now in the hot seat after Mauricio Pochettino departed at the end of last season.
The significant change has led to much uncertainty over just how the Blues will look in the 2024-25 campaign, with many critical of the club for sanctioning yet more heavy spending.
And, in the first episode of It's All Kicking Off! season two, Ian Ladyman and Chris Sutton discussed Chelsea's business over recent months.
Sutton highlighted how he is never amazed by their strategy, insisting it is the 'same old Chelsea', while Ladyman picked out the hidden diamond among their transfer business.
The pair also discussed some of their favourite deals of the window - and Sutton was particularly endearing in his praise of new West Ham man Niclas Fullkrug.
