Servette hilariously mock opponents Chelsea before their 2-0 loss

Ahead of their Europa Conference League clash against Chelsea last Thursday night, Servette took to their TikTok account to hilariously troll their West London opponents.

Before the Blues beat Servette 2-0 at Stamford Bridge in the first leg of their Europa Conference League play-off tie, the Swiss outfit decided to have a bit of fun at the expense of Enzo Maresca's men and their fans.

The Swiss side took aim at Enzo Maresca's oversized squad by posting an amusing Bruce Almighty-themed skit on the social media platform.

Chelsea's eve-growing 40-man squad has been the talk of the Premier League and wider football world for quite some time now and Servette were eager to bring the hotly discussed topic back up again before their clash.

Posting the video to their TikTok account, they edited a scene from the widely know movie Bruce Almighty, which alludes to and takes a jibe at the amount of players Chelsea have on their books and available for first team selection.

Servette hilariously trolled Chelsea ahead of their Europa Conference League first leg tie clash

The Swiss side posted a Bruce Almighty-themed skit on TikTok, taking aim at the size of the Blues' first-team squad

The caption on the video translates to 'The CM [community manager] uncovers the team sheet for the Chelsea match.'

With the below caption reading 'Je serai sur mes appuis' which means 'I will be on my feet' in English.

New head coach Enzo Maresca has not had an easy start to life at Stamford Bridge.

Once again it has been a chaotic and busy summer window for the Blues, continuing to bring in fresh talent while attempting to offload some of their current squad.

This has left the former Leicester City manager with the difficult task of trying to manage and keep on top of a huge squad.

Enzo Maresca's men had the last laugh on Thursday by winning 2-0 at home against Servette

Maresca, however, has been quite ruthless with the 40-man roster he finds himself stuck with.

He has banished a number of star players to train away from the first team, including Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell, Trevoh Chalobah and Conor Gallagher, before he completed his move to Atletico Madrid.

Chelsea are next in action in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon as they face Wolves away, where they will be hoping to register their first League win of the season after losing 2-0 to Pep Guardiola's Manchester City last weekend.

The Blues will then return to Conference League action on Thursday, August 29 when they travel to Switzerland for their second leg clash with Servette.
