This October marks the arrival of tons of great new TV shows and, of course, all the scary movies, and there are plenty of both available across all the major streaming services this week.

For maximum thrills, make it a double feature with Hulu's Hold Your Breath, a psychological thriller starring Sarah Paulson as a woman convinced that her family is being terrorized by something evil amid the Dust Bowl in Oklahoma.

Manga fans can get excited about two highly anticipated titles arriving this week; Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War: Part 3 arrives on Hulu on Saturday, Oct. 5, while Dan Da Dan will premiere on Crunchyroll and Netflix on Thursday.

Prime Video is getting in on the spooky action too with the premiere of the thriller House of Spoils starring Ariana DeBose. For something lighter, the season 3 premiere of the beloved animated series The Legend of Vox Machina is also back with three new episodes.

On Starz, we say goodbye to Power Book II: Ghost; the series finale drops this week.
