No matter what tablet you own, adding a stylus to the mix can really upgrade the experience. It's great for note-taking and artwork, among other things, and that's doubly the case if you're an iPad owner. Unfortunately, Apple's stylus options, under the Apple Pencil branding, are far from cheap. But the second-gen Apple Pencil is currently on offer for just a dollar more than the best price we've ever seen, thanks to this late Prime Day discount. It usually costs almost $130, but you can bag one for yourself for just $80 right now. The only catch we can see is that there is no telling how long this price will last, so make sure to order your new Apple stylus now, before you wind up overpaying later.

The Apple Pencil is a great way to take notes and get creative when using an iPad, and the second-gen model offers support for advanced features like pressure and tilt sensitivity, tapping to change tools and more. It also magnetically connects to the side of compatible iPads to wirelessly charge and pair, ensuring it's always charged and ready to go when inspiration strikes.

However, it doesn't work with the latest iPad Pro M4 or iPad Air M2 devices. If you're upgrading, you'll need the new Apple Pencil Pro.
