Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump will participate in their first presidential debate tonight, Sept. 10. ABC News will host the debate from the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. David Muir and Linsey Davis will serve as moderators.

Though each candidate has been actively campaigning on the ground, the debate provides the opportunity for them to lay out their policy agendas, including plans surrounding the tech industry. Issues like artificial intelligence regulation, cryptocurrency and the proposed TikTok ban have drawn extra attention from the corporate and tech sectors, with both candidates picking up support along the way. Silicon Valley venture capitalists have expressed support for the Trump camp, while according to CNBC, the Harris ticket recently received endorsements from 88 current and former corporate executives.

Tuesday's debate will run for 90 minutes with two commercial breaks. There won't be an on-site audience, and candidates' microphones will be muted when it's time for the other candidate to speak. The debaters won't be permitted to ask questions of each other.

Much like the previous presidential debate between Biden and Trump, this event has done away with opening statements. Harris and Trump will get directly to work answering the moderators' questions. They'll each have 2 minutes for their answers, 2 minutes for rebuttals and 1 more minute for follow-ups, clarifications or responses. No props or prewritten notes will be allowed.

ABC is airing the event, and viewers can watch on the network as well as Hulu or Disney Plus. But keep reading to find out how to watch the event for free and where else to stream online.
